Last night while locking the car, I was wrapped by silky sticky threads all over my face and head. I had encountered this experience earlier too, but this one was with a thought. Just next our outer gate we have tilted pine tree and on earlier occasions I have noticed in the evening spider weaving it’s web. I was amazed when one day I noticed complete shining web of almost four feet dia. n the middle of was gliding creature who knitted it all. Being architect by profession i admired the skills of its builder who single handed created it as well produced the material. But perhaps need was of not shelter but food. How much these things are in our life too. All the time food, shelter and possessions keeps us occupied, to the extent that we forget our purpose which also remains a mystery quite often.
Coming back to spider story I have seen web never being shared by second spider. Are there life partner in their life? Are spiders loners? What do they do when they are not spinning? When they swing how do they know threads will find the other corner? What are their safe guards against the harm to their webs by stronger forces? Some of these questions may provide solutions to man’s problems.
Certainly one thing still remains after getting the feel of silky threads on my face have I wasted all the efforts, skill and energy of spider? though I am careful of spotting and avoiding web’ ways yet remain puzzled by world wide web of life

Nature's ways
This season too mango tree in our back yard was on full bloom.there was freshness and fragrance of its flowers(we call"baur"). air had a feeling of something store for new life. like previous year small bees gathered doing the job. there were winds , rain and pruning.yet after some time one could see small fruits in bunches. I saw them growing and other day noticed many missing perhaps children on way back stoned them.fruits were getting bigger. on my return i found some have been again plucked for pickle.iIfelt a feel of some strange loss. why can't all grow to be a ripe mango and more over stay with mother tree?Ultimately out of many in a bunch only one or two remained. some time back these too were taken to be eaten.was this the fate ? ,I questioned for us , the living beings?out of so many few survive after everything has played its tiny role.should life be seen in this context?from the window of my first floor i saw one mango yet safe and sound, the lone survivor. But till its eaten and seed thrown work of mother nature will not be completed. Is this the theory to be applied. any answers?

Cruel World
In India , Time is ripe for New life ,particularly in plant kingdom. Its monsoon and fruit crop is ready. I am talking of mango season in particular. different varieties of mangoes are in market with different shape, color and taste. some like "Langra" , some "chusa", Alfanso, Kalmi,Dasheri or those like it straight to mouth lukhnow's"kuppa" variety. just like bees and birds , humans have been put to job by mother nature. we pay for these fruits and eat them and throw the "most precious" seed as waste. Job done , rains cover these seeds with envelop of fertility "the earth".
these days out of pile of grass blades heaps one can see red colored leaves and new mango livings are peeping to this world born out of natures web and throw of that human eaten mango seed.
i went and touched its softness, freshness but got scared of the cruel world around it . i wondered whether it will see itself growing to be a tall tree bearing fruits. soon some gardener or some children will pluck it either to clean the area or to make a music instrument out its softer rooted seed called" Peepni".I have seen some surviving for days, some for months and some for perhaps a year. If this is to be the fate in this cruel World of human ruled World why nature took all the trouble?or are there still Mys tries of nature mother even in this dreadful life span of little mango seed?
